1. Q: What is memory foam slipper?
A: Memory foam was developed in 1966 under a contract by NASA's Ames Research Center to improve the safety of aircraft cushions. Memory foam was initially referred to as "slow spring back foam". Created by feeding gas into a polymer matrix, the foam has an open-cell solid structure that matches pressure against it, yet slowly springs back to its original shape.
In the early 2000's, we partnered with a Glasgow-based mattress company to source their memory foam toppers, which were then molded into shoe insoles. However, mattress comfort didn't equate to slipper comfort. So, over the years they calibrated the density and firmness ratings of the foams to create an optimal level of cushion for slippers.
VeraCosy has since increased the research and development of other comfortable materials, and is committed to bringing consumers the best comfort possible.
2. Q: How to clean my VeraCosy?
A: Most VeraCosy’ slippers are machine washable. For machine washable slippers, wash on a gentle cycle and air dry. Have questions about this? Contact us at service@dearfoams.com.
3. Q: Are VeraCosy vegan?
A: Our slippers are all made from environmentally friendly materials and free from fur of animals. Please feel free to wear them.

2. Q: Do I pay for delivery?
A: No, we offer free delivery on every orders.
3. Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our warehouse is in the UK, we will ship from the UK warehouse in Farringdon.
Orders and Returns
1. Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Once we receive your order it is processed immediately for quick delivery. When you receive your shipping confirmation, it’s no longer possible to change or cancel your order. If you wish to return any items from your order, please contact us.
2. Q: I haven’t received my order
A: Please contact us within 2 months of shipment if the parcel does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
3. Q: How can I return an item?
A: Our no hassle returns policy makes getting the right size a breeze. Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 30 days from receipt of order. We will be extending our returns policy to allow customers 90 days to apply for a refund or exchange.
